"This is a condo property that rents out rooms. We have stayed twice and the experience is not consistent. Stayed for work and no iron in the room. Texted to request and no response. Texting from the property is inconsistent with timing of check in/out. I paid super cheap so it’s ok but if you’re paying full price in season I would be concerned. Room is clean. Full kitchen. Nice hot tub. Great location. No road noise. If you want full service this isn’t the place. If you want a condo and don’t need support then this will work."

"We booked 2 rooms on my Amex Platinum card for a weekend that was considered in between seasons (very low capacity). We checked in the evening on a Friday. The rooms were fine (small bathroom but ok). It isn't too late for dinner so we headed down to eat. There was no one to greet us or to seat us at a table and after a few minutes we just sat down. Finally the server came and asked us to order right away as the kitchen would close soon (it was only 8:45). The manager showed up and said they would comp a desert as we weren't greeted upon arrival. Actually, I really didn't want desert, the glass of wine would be better but then ok. The staff not being around was a theme the whole weekend. The thing that bothered me the most was the day we checked out. I had a late flight and requested an extra hour to check out (even just one of the rooms). The receptionist Katy explained that 'No it was not possible'. The place was virtually empty. That's the last time I will stay at Black Rock Mountain Resort!"

"Everything was fantastic! The room was cleaned every day. The staff was so friendly. The spa is closed actually the hot tub sorry for a couple of weeks, but the spa was fantastic and they have designer bags that they sell."

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! The only downside is if you’re traveling before winter of 2026, expect to see construction- but that was literally everywhere! Even on the roads. The Hyatt did a great job assigning rooms to guests on the other side of the hotel, so you barely even notice it. We REALLY appreciated that! Seriously, we could not be happier about choosing to stay there! "

"Our stay was great here . It was plenty big enough for us . The views were beautiful. The hot tubs were great. They had 3 of them so you never had to share with strangers. The Host was so quick to respond to any questions we had for her . I would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful home! Sadly, it has been a low snow year, so we drive to Alta to ski. Hosts were responsive, The home had a well equipped kitchen and is nicely furnished. The beds are comfy and it’s quiet. We would stay here again. "

"I stayed here back in February while on a trip cross country. The house was easy to find by plugging the address into GPS and is located in a newly developed neighborhood directly across from Deer Valley east. It is so close in fact, that there is a free bus service that will shuttle you and your ski gear up to the mountain right from your front door. The house itself is modern and clean, with ample room to entertain a large group. The downstairs included a game console with vintage games such as Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Frogger amongst dozens more. The upstairs was lofty and bright with two balconies, one overlooking the slopes and the other overlooking Jordanelle reservoir. It is a great view to wake up and sip your coffee to. An added bonus was that the back deck overlooking the reservoir is heated so you won't have to worry about slipping on snow or ice. And if you decide not to park in the spacious, two car garage, the driveway is also heated, so no need to bring the shovel. On top of all that, there is also a fire pit, pingpong table, grill, and a saltwater hot tub to soak sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Equidistant from Heber and Park City, both towns offer plenty of dining and entertainment options for your aprés ski. Both the house and the area were beautiful and had everything we needed and I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in the area."

"The description was exactly as stated. The home is lovely and can accommodate a large crowd. The house is filled with all the essentials to make your vacation special. We really enjoyed the hot tub and games! Lastly, the breath taking views allow for a spectacular sunrise! Worth getting up to enjoy!"
