"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea. They even drove us to the King Hussein Bridge Crossing across the board to Jerusalem. The Cliff Hotel thinks about their customer first and takes care of us very much. They make you...

"Really nice hotel within walking distance to the major attractions like Rainbow st, downtown, and the Roman theater. Big comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and plenty of space in the room. The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown "

"Misleading advertisement. Not close to rainbow street or citadel or anywhere mentioned. Please check address on google map before booking. The hotel is nowhere close to amenities. On the highway, a few eateries around. They served amazing breakfast. Staff were good. Good for people who do not mind catching taxis to go anywhere and everywhere. I stayed a night and immediately changed hotels."
