Rooms are clean, bed is comfy and I love that I don’t have to pack shampoo/conditioner or body wash! Saves on packing! "

"No working elevator, was in a room on the 5th floor. I have bad knees having to walk up 5 floors was very hard on me. No room was available on lower floors."
