Outdoor amenities include your own private beach, hot tub, kayaks, and paddleboards - all included for the price of admission! We also have a dock for parking your boat (boat lift is unavailable), just put in at Stumpy Creek Boat Landing and cruise on over!

Relax on the back deck overlooking the water. Cookout on the gas grill or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Roast marshmallows in the backyard firepit.

Enjoy peace of mind and security with an outdoor camera at the front door and dock, and rest easy knowing the inside remains your private sanctuary.

I love this place. The perfect size for a great getaway. Not too big so it still maintains coziness but not to small so is doesn’t feel cramped. Everything you need from beautiful views, sandy beach, kayaks to beautiful interior with many comforts to make the stay a wonderful vacation from reality. And best part is the host are truly amazing!

Amazing weekend!

Our family stayed here as "home base" for our daughter's welcome dinner and wedding in Mooresville/ Cleveland. The property and amenities were enjoyed by all - and just as advertised. The home was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were the most comfortable I've slept in outside of my own. We really enjoyed the fire pit, fishing and the kayaks! Paula was a responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend!

Paradise on Lake Norman

Beautiful home and property on Lake Norman. The home has great spaces for gathering yet still cozy and relaxing. The fishing was amazing! One of the best vacation homes we have stayed in on Lake Norman! We will definitely be back!

A wonderful property and extremely accomodating. Great location on a quiet part of the lake just off the main waters. The beach and onsite kayaks made the vacation so much better. We loved our stay and have already discussed a return trip. Definitely recommend.

Best on the Lake

We’ve been renting houses on Lake Norman for years. This property is hands down the best on the lake - location, dock access, beach front, well appointed kitchen, overall cleanliness - the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and rent this house for your next large family vacation.

Lake House Family Reunion

The house/property was BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed hanging out on the deck during the day and the fire pit at night! The kids loved playing on the private beach and running around the yard. Gorgeous sunsets every night were the icing on the cake!

Perfect Spot!

We came to Lake Norman to Celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday! This house was just as described, we enjoyed the fire pit, pool table and hot tub! There were 3 refrigerators, plenty of towels and cooking basics. We would definitely come back again!

Family holiday stay

Our multigenerational family - two toddlers, two sets of parents, and one set of grandparents - had a great three day stay. The house worked incredibly well for our different families to each have their own space and also spend a lot of time together. The weather didn’t cooperate but there was lots to keep us occupied inside and still explore the beach a bit during breaks in the rain. The location has easy access to everything you will need. I would highly recommend!

Sandy beach and gorgeous view

Waking up to the beautiful view was awesome. Paula and Jeff are quick to respond and take care of any situation! We rented their boat and water mat which was great fun! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. The sand beach was perfect. Had a great week!

Family Christmas to Remember

Amazing Place for a Family Vacation

We absolutely loved being able to take a family vacation to the lake! Beautiful home right on the lake front with perfect views! Access to paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy the lake. Perfect place for sipping coffee, chatting, and enjoying the people around you! Communication with the hosts were quick when we had a few questions! [Major bonus for us: There were extra fridges in the garage for food, drinks, snacks, etc!]

Absolutely amazing!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We love it so much we have booked it again for our annual trip to the charlotte area! We loved it so much the first time that we extended our stay one extra day so we could enjoy the house! The house has plenty of room for our family of 11! The owner was brilliant and labeled the kitchen so there is no time wasted in the kitchen! The view from the deck is breathtaking!! We can’t wait for our trip next year!!

Comfy Cold Weather Holiday

This vacation home was near perfect for our family holiday - in spite of the chilly weather that kept us far away from the lake. We were, however, very disappointed that we were unable to use the living room gas fireplace. The 30 degree weather would have been more easily conquered and much more enjoyable with a cheery fire. That said, this would be a most amazing summer rental with gorgeous views, several water craft, a great dock, and perfect little beach.

Great Football Weekend

7 of us guys rented this place for a Football weekend getaway. The place was perfect for us, furniture was great, place was very clean, cabinets and drawers were labeled which we appreciated. You can't see it in the pictures but downstairs is a legit bar with a mini fridge so that was a bonus. Keep in mind the house was built in the 80s and the bar was probably original if I were to guess so it's got some wear on it but for our purpose we loved it. Very convenient location to everything, we hope to rent it again next year.

Spacious and comfortable

Our family with adult children were in town for a dear friends wedding. There were 9 adults and everyone had their own room/privacy. Three and a half bathroom were plenty for us to get ready. It's always fun to stay together, when we have enough room. The two large living spaces allowed us to all be in the same room at the same time. We enjoyed playing pool downstairs. I'd love to have our whole family come stay again, with the grandkids! There was a lot to do outside but we just weren't there long enough to get to use everything. Checkout was a breeze.

Cousin’s Get Away

Property was amazing. The layout was the best we’ve seen so far; being our 3rd year doing this. Spacious bedrooms and living area. We had 11 people at our stay. Everyone had a blast. Messaged the owner one night about a TV issue. The owner promptly purchased a new ROKU and delivered it to our door first thing the following morning. The owner truly cared about accommodating us during our stay. She consistently followed up with is to ensure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend this property to everyone. Fabulous from Check in to Check out

We vacation every year with our two small boys, a couple friends and all my siblings (in their 20s), and mom. Lots of age ranges and needs for a big group. This location and home was a win for everyone in the group. Our hosts were wonderful, very attentive with even a mid week check in via text to make sure we were doing ok. The house was clean and beautiful from top to bottom. Highly recommend renting the lake mat, my boys and even the adults had a blast playing on it and lounging in the lake. My favorite was the lake access at this place, sandy area unlike most of the other rentals! The many kayaks to use and hot were a big bonus to. The local business’ were great, we rented jet skis and a pontoon from Jerry at jetskirentalsatlakenorman which was a blast. Charlotte is only a 35 min drive, we hit up the fine dining and nightlife as well as took the kids to Carowinds a really great amusement park like 45 min away. If you’re undecided about where to go on a vacation look no further, this is the place to go!

Great house, quiet neighborhood, good location

We had extended family with grandparents, couples ages 30s, and kids ages 1,2, 3 and 4. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The house was well-stocked with good starters of toilet paper, trash bags, and there were some spices in the cupboard so you didn't have to buy them for one use. (The only thing I felt we could have used is more cleaning supplies, for cleaning while we were there.) It was also great to have the extra fridge space in the garage! The house is very convenient to any kind of store you'd need, and not far from I-77, yet the neighborhood was very quiet so we felt much farther away. Lots of fun water toys were supplied - kayaks, SUP, noodles, also life jackets if you needed them. We brought our tri-toon and used the dock. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our week and appreciate getting to stay in such a fun place. (We never even had time to use the downstairs/ pool table - too busy playing in the lake)

Perfect lake house for a large group

We have done our large family lake trips for 10 years and have never liked a house enough to even consider staying there again. So for the first time we are already planning to book this house again. It is perfect for a large family/multiple family lake vacation. With 7 bedrooms we were able to spread even the kids around and didn't have to shove them into one room together. Also most of the other beds were king beds which is appreciated. The family room was the first one that actually fit us all sitting in comfortable spots to hang out and watch TV. Plenty of kitchen seating for everyone, and tons of outdooe seating from tables on the top level, couch down below, comfy seats around the fire and beach chairs to use. This seems so rare, usually a house that will sleep 10-12 people but then there isn't seating for eating and watching TV for them all. The private beach was the biggest perk. With 4 young children in our group they spent hours each day playing in the sand and the shallow water. We have tried many lake houses and usually it's a steep and/or long walk down to the lake access and it's usually only by jumping in. It's so close to the house the 8 and 10 year old were able to play with us watching from the upper deck. We used the kayaks, rented their boat, kitchen well stocked and labeled, the city was great with shopping and restaurants, view from the house was perfect, extra fridges, felt very private. Great layout on the house with lots of room, we will be back!
