"The front desk agent was rude, unprofessional and nasty. She needs to be retrained or placed somewhere that she doesn’t interact with guests. She demanded that I leave or she would call the police. I worked as a hotel Front Office Manager and a Night Auditor for 16 years. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I now work for Abbvie. I will tell all of my co-workers as well as corporate not to patronize Hilton unless this employee is extensively retrained, moved to a non guest facing position such as housekeeping and/or terminated. What an awful experience with this staff."

"Pool not up and running, no breakfast (pretty sure it said breakfast included but not sure) most of the people staying there lived there. Brand new mattresses and showerheads but ever heard the term "Lipstick on a pig"? yeah. that. 100% THAT. Area is unsafe day AND night."

"This was a new experience for us - staying at a no staff on the premises facility. Overall, we had a good stay. But, there are some things that we discussed and feel they could improve the overall experience. 1. Price point was too high for what you get (not located in an ideal location, no on-site staff, parking was in a very tight alley (which required an additional expense), no coffee pot in the room (although coffee vouchers were provided for the shop next door, the shop did not open until 0800) 2. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, but minimal 3. The roof top area provided a nice area to relax with a drink before bed. A couple of ceiling fans would be a welcome addition 4. My sister and brother-in-law had to place a call because their door access code failed. The response was relatively quick and resolved by changing the batteries. But, for the duration of our stay they could not use the elevator with their access code to get to the roof top. We had to pick them up using our access or they had to use the stairs."
