Family stayover

The counter staff was friendly and assist to check my booking due to my last minute booking. The room was clean. However, the glass window was somehow not sound proof, can hear the vehicle noise entering the room as our unit is near the road. Other than that, everything is ok.

An Uncomfortable & Disappointing Stay

This hotel was the worst stay in our JB experience! We checked in after midnight after a long drive. We were given a room where the aircon was at a timer mode. Of course we didn’t know about the malfunction before we stay for the night. In the middle of the night, the aircon switch off automatically and we were awaken only bec the room was stuffy. We were awaken a few times. No matter how we tried to shut the timer off, it was impossible and we also need to climb onto a chair to reach the on/off aircon switch and restart with the remote control. It was only in the morning, we realized it was auto off hourly! It was a windowless room and upon reflection, a mishap may have happened! I told the counter lady about it and she said if we want to file a feedback or complaint, it was not through the hotel but thru Hotels.com! What a disappointing reply! Don’t the hotel want to take immediate action for next guests? We were also pretty sure we were not the first guests to experience the faulty aircon. Hotel does not take pride to maintain basic comforts!

Small boutique Inn. No breakfast. No frills. Easy to find. Located in a side road. With park lots. More for travellers with cars who need stop over or overnight stay. Reception service basic. Main road offers many eateries and retail shops. No public bus system. Taxi hard to hail.

An Average Stay

WiFi didn’t come on till the next morning which was fine to our family. It’s off the main road which is good, not so noisy. However, when someone leaves their hotel rooms, the walls are so thin, you can hear them. I like the feel of the bedsheet, quite comfortable. The aircon could reach our queen size bed but not to our dayghter’s single bed until middle of the night when the room got cooler at 16 degrees C. On the whole it’s all right for a night stay.

Clean, spacious family room and latex pillows had the ideal firmness. Also is conveniently located near many restaurants. Only downside is it is located near the main road and can get quite noisy even when it is late at night. Also, housekeeping was quite noisy in the morning and should be more sensitive to guests sleeping in.

Decent room. Only thing is the aircon. Had to change rooms so many times. V noisy wf ppl banging door all the times. The China woman next to our room can talk for at least 2.5 hrs nonstop. Really damn pissed off.

Overall satisfied

Quiet environment Clean (at least overall is clean included curtain and even the back part of TV) Got toilet slipper in room Shower all ok. Lighting in the room is good Got water dispenser along corridor Various of shops near by (food store, restaurant, massage) The only thing is the bed sheet, pillow case, blanket cover and towels look dull, i believe they are clean, just the colour looks old.

Budget Hotel

Ok for the price, check in was fast with pleasant staff. Free parking in front of the Hotel. Quiet surrounding but the isolation was poor within the floors / rooms. Room cleanliness and Air-con are ok. Room with windows for 3-bed room. No toiletries items, tissue and stiller for coffee. Other than that, ok for the budget traveller.

Hotel is quite secluded corner at the back.

Very pleasant and sensual with a welcoming fragrance in the air refreshner unit. It is a 3 storey buliding,there is no lift built. Me and wife had a tedious climb up. There aren't much Halal eateries there except for; Dominos, Old Town Coffee and 7-11 store. Where as back in the hotel, there is a drink fridge for you to purchase conveniently in front of the counter(quite expensive) Nevertheless, Our short stay and the service, staffs there were friendly and helpful.
