Unfortunately I have a few things to complain about. The bedside lamp and a the lamp at the clothing rack was broken. There was no shampoo, only dental packs, two bar soaps available. I asked the receptionist for shampoo but they said it's not provided. There was no bottled water upon checking in. I was given two bottles of drinking water when I told the staff about it. The room is not soundproof. I personally don't think they're that big of a deal if I can get a good price.
