Receptionist insisted on collected another RM10 per night Tourism Tax!, although our booking confirmation clearly states ALL taxes included. Most of us have to bear compound because not provide the parking coupon. Really hard for us to search a location to pay the compound because we are not Kulai resident.. Must press the cleaning button only they come to clean and change the towel. We didn't notice that as we thought that by default it is a daily thing unless told. We have to use the same towels for two days and no water refill or whatsoever. We like this hotel but this might just spoil the whole thing.
