"Very friendly staff who seemed to know and like each other. Amenities included were great. Would love a steam room or whirlpool after long day. Good at restaurant was excellent and adorable! Nice surprise. Chose to eat there each day. Sisi's upstairs dining excellent too. Free, included laundry facilities including soap etc. Fantastic!!! Dom, in the gym was great too! Would stay again and would look for this brand elsewhere. Keto expanding. Room was good, clean, on the smaller side but great for what I booked."

"Really nice hotel with good staff looking after you. A couple of minor things that we picked up on were that the room we were in had a lack of sockets for charging devices. It only had one with a usb port attached to it. That made things awkward for us when charging phones, watches, kindle and vape. It was a constant swapping things over and leaving things behind to charge while we went out. The other issue being there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. This might have been said before booking the room and I might have missed it but it’s the first hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have this in the room. Altogether it’s in a great location with good value and we would stay here again."

"This hotel is amazing! It is at the best location possible, next to the river and the car free shopping street in Glasgow. We stayed at the top floor with a very nice view of the river. The coffee shop at the ground floor serves very reasonably priced coffee and croissants in the morning."
