"We had a large group of our family staying at the hotel due to a funeral of a family member.
The staff were very hospitable and kind. The breakfast is were good and service was great.
The only downside I found when we were there. Was the icemaker on the second floor was not working and the laundry was also out of service.
We have stayed here several times over the years due to this being an area where entrée of our family still lives. It is a nice place, feels very safe. I would definitely stay here again."

"It’s hotel.com not the actual property that made my experience annoying. At check it was unclear if I paid or not, it took a hour to check in because of this. Then they charged me at check in and then again when I checked out which then put my account negative. It’s 4 days later and my accounts still negative and nothing has been accommodated because it wasn’t even the hotels fault. Even my bank could verify it was hotel.com not the hotel."

"Breakfast was good, many options. Seemed like they have tried to make updates but starting to need fixes. Initially the room they put us in was so strong smelling for smoke that we needed to request a room change. The staff was very nice about this and the next room had no issues with smell. Pool floor was cracking and there were chunks left by the pool side. Used the sauna and that was really nice. "

"We were in town for karate tournament in Stevens Point and this was a great place to stay! Half the price of the venue the tournament was at, breakfast included, plenty of parking. My kids had a great time in the pool and loved the waffles for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us use of a meeting room for the kids to practice. We’ll be back next year!"
