I didn't fully think the communication was easy when I had a question about the guest book being online. (This could be my own issues with tech.) That question was answered when I did check in to my unit. The restaurants and a grocery store are close by and there are options in Fredericksburg. I loved the coffee that was furnished in the kitchenette!! The bed was very comfortable. The host had warned about the hot water in the shower but I had no issues with it. It appeared to cycle during use but it didn't go cold so I was fine. I travel alone and the space was just right for me.
