He makes you feel at home and wants you to have a great time. The tents are a fun experience. The bed is the best bed I have ever slept on. Bathroom and kitchen are very nicer One thing to remember if you are staying it is Glamping and not a hotel. Let the A/C cool the tent down especially in Texas as the temperature creeps up. Enjoy.
