The Cozy Farmhouse Decor was exactly what we were expecting from the description of the listing. It was so convenient to the areas we wanted to visit during our time in Johnson City. The yard is fenced, but the fence behind the garage is cobbled together and not entirely secure. There is a dog next door who runs the fence line so much that he's worn a trench! This wasn't a problem for me and my two dogs due to my brief stay, but I'm just sharing the info for anyone else traveling with dogs. The property is also near train tracks and a busy road -- again, not a problem for a quick stay. Tons of food delivering options, big kitchen, comfortable couch and bed. Seems to be newly renovated. Was not really comfortable for meals to be made.
