Long weekend in JC

We enjoyed our long weekend in JC. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. It is a great location- close to nice restaurants, ETSU, and outdoor activities. We will stay here again.

Great downtown JC stay

property is in a great location and the listing and pics are accurate. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything you need in a charming 3-bedroom unit. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks, (the coffee maker and record player were special surprises that put it over the top)!

Perfect getaway to Bristol Motor Speedway

We came in for the race and it was easy to get to and from Bristol Motor Speedway. Owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in an hour early. Adorable, modern unit. Comfy beds!

Absolutely LOVED staying here ! My family and I had the best experience. Super comfy beds and very cute decor. Amazing customer service. I will definitely book again !!! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Highly recommend especially if you are visiting for ETSU! Super close to everything!!

Great Location for a Great City

We fell in love with JC earlier this year and have been back twice since. This location was central to all the breweries and restaurants and only 20 min away from a local hike! It's a quiet part of town and we had no issues or concerns. The space was clean and exactly as described. This will be our go to going forward!

Good visit

My friends and I were in town for a college basketball tournament and stayed here, unit was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, clean and convenient.It was only few minute drive to basketball arena but short walk to a great brewery, coffee shop and several restaurants. I’m having issue with an old email associated with my VRBO account but property manager very responsive via text and new email.

Girls Weekend

We were in Johnson City for a conference and wanted a place to stay that was close to the venue. There were 4 of us that stayed in the apartment. Would have preferred that 3rd bedroom had two twin beds instead of a bunk bed, but i understand that would not have fit in the space (we knew this when we rented the place and were ok with it). Matresses were comfy and the apartment was clean. It was great having a hot water kettle as 3 of us are tea drinkers and only one cofee drinker in our group. Overall, a great little place to stay for a girls weekend away.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

The warm inviting rental was a pleasure to stay in. The 3/2 layout worked well for us and the location couldn’t be better. We took several walks around to the Christmas trees that were decorated in the public parks and also walked to a great nearby playground several times. The biggest surprise was that the laundry facility was a laundromat over a mile away. We are used to something either in the unit or at least in the building. That was a relatively minor point however and we would be happy to stay here again. We even got to show our kids what a record player is, and they loved it!

The posting looked better than the actual place. It was nice enough but once you were actually there the issues popped up. First was that there was no laundry facilities in the suite even tho the listing said there was. Once the manager was contacted he gave us a key to the on site laundry that was shared with Other tenants. Secondly - no dishwasher either, and no tv in the main bedroom. And no soap in either bathroom, which was weird. I went and bought my own. Parking was good. And the beds were excellent

Nice option with easy access to downtown

Property is one block off of downtown but surrounded by some very rundown properties which made it interesting coming in at night. Communications with owner were timely and detailed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Comfortable bedding. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in both bathrooms. Nice selection of vinyl records and coffee pods for Keurig. The kitchen cabinets and floors are not the cleaniest. Very sticky. Dishes are in good shape but pans and utensils were not in good shape. Air conditioning doesn’t keep rooms as cool especially when doors are closed. Just a few things to be aware of.

Very clean. We loved that this home was directly across from the pool and tennis/ pickleball courts and an easy walk to the beach. Very pretty home, you may want to inquire about what's in the kitchen if you plan to cook as there are no seasonings, etc. We had a very wonderful stay!

It was a cute little apartment located very close to downtown, which was nice. Easy access instructions and no problems checking in. If you’re a light sleeper like me, it would be good to know that the blinds don’t stop any of the light from coming in off the streets, it’s very bright in all the rooms from outside light. There is a train that goes by several times a night close by. They do provide earplugs. Overall it was a convenient stay for our needs and we would likely stay again.
