This is a really cute and comfortable home. The Biergarten is wonderful and the interiors really well furnished. it has comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed. The host is highly responsive and we liked the digital guide provided. A great stay was had by all. Highly recommend!! Only regret is we aren’t staying in Johnson City this weekend for the market. The home is just a couple of blocks from the courtyard. Perfect location!! ##### Shannon M. What a great spot! Everything was comfortable and clean, and you could tell that the host put a lot of thought and intentionality into the furnishings and amenities. The house had everything we needed. The outdoor space was dreamy with the TV, lights, fire pit and seating. We’d come again just for that. Location was perfect for us — really close to the square and downtown area with shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. Johnson City is such a cute, little town! Elizabeth was communicative and her recommendations helped us find some great local spots to eat. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re looking to get away. ##### Lauren W. She was SO communicative throughout our entire stay and reached out in the middle to make sure that if we needed for anything at all that we let her know. The house is beautiful and the decor alone sets the vibe. The atrium style patio with a cold plunge, grill, fire pit, and TV made for the perfect hangout outside of the wedding events. Truly a 10/10 stay, King beds in every room? Yes please. And let’s not forget walking distance to everything in town. We walked everywhere we could and loved it. Also this may be important to some like me but the AC in the house was top notch. Ice cold the entire time we were there, thank you Elizabeth for your hospitality, accommodations, and overall just everything. We all agreed we would come stay again. ##### Nikolette O.
