Plus, guests get to enjoy the quiet peaceful setting of being right outside of the downtown noise. This apartment is located in the perfect place to enjoy all that Johnson City has to offer. Getting Around: Most people get around by car, however, this apartment is located close enough to many restaurants, parks, breweries, and more to bike or walk. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park.
