This terrific house in Johnson City offers your very own private backyard with 3 bedrooms and an office area centrally located.

It is located in an excellent neighborhood close to ETSU, VA Hospital, Johnson City Mall, Downtown Johnson City. It's 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower. Guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this gorgeous property, complete with iron, heating, and AC. It has an 8ft privacy fence around the entire back yard. Complete with a firepit, grill and also an outdoor tv for entertaining. Enjoy all that Johnson City has to offer with the best location in the city! Please not due to the weather being colder than expected this spring so the (*pool will not open until the last week of may 2026*) Subject to change. Enjoy the other features with the entire house to yourself in one of the best locations in the city.

The house was nice and fit the bill for some guysin town for a ball tournament. good location to town and the fields.

House was okay. Kitchen/stove was not very clean. A lot of details/upkeep not completed such as partial paint jobs, no propane for outdoor firepit. It really felt like we stayed at a home that had been forgotten about for a year or so. Smell was musty.
