The bed was super (!!) comfortable— I actually enjoyed it better than my own bed! The communication with the hosts was quick and I never struggled to get help. Everything went very smoothly. It is very comfortable and looks just like the photos. You can see both sunrises and sunsets from the hill top location. I just wish it had been cooler so we could have enjoyed the outdoors more -- but that's Texas in August. Had delicious meals at Bryans on 290 and Fatboy burgers. The living room garage door is a hoot - we kept it up almost all the time. And there were nice little extras like slippers! And touches throughout the house. Hosts were communicative and helpful and creamy have a sense of humor - “Close the gate no matter what the cattle say.” Neighbors are a little closer than expected and there’s a little traffic noise from 281/290, but nothing bothersome.
