Free, safe parking. 1 spot on site. Other vehicles must park on Willow St. around the corner. Bus stop outside at the front of the building. Driveway is first come first serve and is shared with upper apartment.

No one has access to the home except for myself and my staff. I will be available if needed.

City neighborhood in Johnson City. Quiet, residential area which borders surrounding small cities of Endicott, Vestal, Binghamton & Endwell.

Please keep the place tidy. Clean up after yourself.
No smoking inside the unit but there is a porch outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
Check-out is at 10 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been taken out to the outside trash bins. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest.
