"From the moment you arrive at the Surf Shanty, you can tell it's a well-kept establishment. Andre was so nice and helpful --he was always onsite and keeping the outdoor area clean. The rooms were clean and look exactly like the photos! There are ample towels and fun toiletries to try. I'm definitely buying the products! They were great. The beach is only a few steps away..a big plus! I loved everything about the Surf Shanty and will definitely return!"

"Our stay at this property was great! Beautiful views of the bay and only a block and half from the beach. You get the best of both worlds. This place is walking distance from so much, we never had to get in the car. House was clean, beds were very comfy and Lisa was very responsive if we had any questions!"

"The location of the hotel was perfect! My daughter and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach located less than a mile, not to mention how close it is to restaurants. The staff was very kind, they had a smile on their faces, they were very welcoming. The famous chef, Mr. John brightened our mornings with selfless attitude as he cooked and served breakfast in the morning. He truly made the stay even more welcoming, they are very lucky to have him there. The only thing that surprised me was the $15 parking charge. The pool was a bit dirty. Overall our stay was the best! We highly recommend this place."
