Living room (2 extra beds possible), kitchen, bedroom with 4 beds, bathroom,
spacious living room (with proper sofa bed - sleeping mode 2x1.8m),
beautiful kitchen with large dining table which can accommodate up to 10 people,
large bedroom divided by a curtain in the parent (double bed 2x2m) and children's area (bunk bed 2x0.9) and modern bathroom with shower / toilet.

But the best thing is the location: very quietly located on the outskirts of Johanngeorgenstadt and yet the old town can be reached in five minutes on foot.
The border crossing to the Czech Republic is also max. 15min walking distance.
Behind the house begins the forest with cross-country trail entry or Entry into the hiking trails.
A generous and unobstructed view of the Erzgebirge landscape pampers you to the front, and there is a large playground in front of the house.

Alles Bestens. Super Lage zum Radfahren. Wohnung war wie im Inserat. Nach Rücksprache wurde sogar ein Keller für die Fahrräder bereitgestellt.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, der Vermieter unkompliziert und immer gut erreichbar, die Landschaft winterlich schön. Skigebiete und Loipen schnell zu erreichen, mit direktem Anschluß an die Kammloipe. Möglichkeiten zum selbstversorgen in der Nähe, aber auch Gasthäuser entlang der Ski und Wanderwege.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen mit einem hervorragenden Blick über die Wälder des Erzgebirges. Es war sehr sauber und roch auch gut. Das einzige Manko war die Außenfassade, die war gerade noch im Bau und es war etwas holprig zum Eingang zu gelangen. Wenn das Mal fertig ist, ist das eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wirklich sehr sehr gut eingerichtet. Vor allem in der Küche gab es einfach ALLES, was man irgendwie brauchen könnte. Die Umgebung war auch wie erwartet, Loipen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Allerdings ist die besagte Loipe direkt hinterm Haus nicht gespurt und daher vor allem bei Neuschnee nur für geübte FahrerInnen gut zu bewältigen. Klassisches Langlauf ist Skating hier im Vorteil, vor allem wenn es auf dem Rückweg bergauf geht

Tolle Wohnung und gute Lage zum Wandern und für Ausflüge

Sauber, modern und mit allem was man so braucht. Wlan, Top Küche, Klasse Badezimmer mit beleuchtetem Waschbecken, großer Fernseher, DAB Radio. LED Ambiente Beleuchtung usw. Waren mit zwei Kindern für 10Tg. dort, hat alles prima funktioniert. Ruhige Lage, Einkaufen bei Netto ca.1KM Bergauf, Naturbad ca. 2KM (sehr schön), tolle Wandergegend.

Einfach nur super

Super schöne Wohnung mit allem was man sich wünscht. Sauber, modern eingerichtet, schnelles W LAN, tolles Licht und LED Ambiente mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und absolute Ruhe mit toller Aussicht . Es fehlte an fast nichts. Einziges kleines Manko war, das es kein Gefrierfach/ Schrank in der Küche gab. Dann wurde halt alles so wie man es braucht, frisch beim Netto geholt ( ca. 1 km entfernt ) und das Eis von den Kids direkt vorm Netto weggeschleckert. Wir kommen wieder.....

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, empfehlenswert.

Schöne, modern eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Vermieter war nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Loipeneinstieg fußläufig erreichbar, leider hat der Schnee für uns nicht zum Langlauf gereicht. Mit dem Auto nach Oberwiesenthal in ca 30 Minuten, da war es schneesicherer. Kleines Manko, sind die fehlenden Restaurants in der Nähe. Ric s 66 am Kirchplatz 3 ist zu empfehlen und fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants auf tcheschischer Seite in knapp 20 Gehminuten erreichar, schließen aber leider schon 19:30. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, zu Fuß zu weit.
