Spacious rooms that needs some maintenance - bedding was clean but in need of replacing. Rooms are looking tired and fixtures need some buffing up. It is well priced and decent but lacks an X factor and actual facilities besides wifi, self catering and parking - I was comfortable but not overly impressed - 2 days in a row clean towels only came much later.
