"We loved Shutters on the Banks and will stay there again when in the area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in giving us information about the area. The room was comfortable with beautiful decor. Breakfast was very good and the dining area very well-done and comfortable. The balcony right off our room allowed us to drink our morning coffee while watching the sun-rise. We then took a walk to the beach, then enjoyed the hot-tub and pool. Great location with access to popular sites. "

"The property was right on the beach/sand dunes. There is a set of stairs and a ramp over the Dune from the parking lot. We had a ocean front room with balcony that was very enjoyable. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, full bank of windows facing the Ocean and nice bathroom. Breakfast was a treat every morning with fresh brewed coffee and a hot or cold breakfast; In tidy surroundings. Hotel is centrally located for restaurants, sites and fun. Ample parking. Did not use the indoor pool, but it was well kept."

While there’s a big dune that keeps us from seeing the beach, we can see the ocean off to the sides and the dune sheltered us from the wind so we could enjoy the sunshine on the deck. The furniture in the photos doesn’t match what’s actually in the house. "

"This was a great property for our visit. My husband and I, and our dog Rosie, loved the house. Perfect for dogs. The location was great! So close to the beach access and local eateries and ice cream! We didn’t cook, but the kitchen had what we needed for coffee and cocktails. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"The view from the upper level of the house is wonderful and the deck is great for morning brews and views! The house was very clean, the kitchen adequately equipped, and the beds comfortable. We appreciated the two dishwashers. The house was comfortable and had lots of seating."
