"O hotel é excelente, café da manhã com muitas opções, a moça já sabia que sempre pedíamos suco de laranja e quando nos via chegando pra o café já trazia. Foi aniversário do meu marido e eles cantaram parabéns com um bolinho. A Sandra que prepara omelete, tapioca e afins é super simpática e da um upgrade fantástico no café da manhã. Toda a equipe foi bem simpática e atenciosa. Fizemos algumas refeições no hotel e os pratos eram saborosos e com um preço justo. Pedimos porções na piscina e foram sempre saborosas. Recomendo "

"Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C."

"I did not get any of my VIP benefits at all, and the room had an ugly view facing the hotel next door so I kept the windows closed the whole time I was in the room. BUT the location is great, price is great, staff were so very friendly and helpful and parking was a breeze. "

"It is a much more basic property than I thought when I booked. Rooms are basic. Bedding is basic. Outlets for cellphones are poor in the room. But there are other things that help: staff is amazing. Everyone is very nice. Shout out to Maria Jose at the front desk and the ladies on the breakfast area. Everyone is amazing. The Internet is okay. The pool area is very good and the area of the hotel with convenience store and restaurants is walkable. "

"The room was not very clean, the bed sheets were not the right size for the bed. There was barely any water coming from the wash basin. The breakfast was shocking, a basic range but the bread seemed as if it was stale and the there was not even a toaster. The location was nice, that is the only good thing I can say."
