"Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately."

"Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!"

"We came there, took a shower witch was good. Went down to the resturant and had a drink and then ate. The food was excellent, i had a white tail steak and it was perfect. Tender meat with oven roasted potatoes. Everthing was excellent and not expensive. We paid about 20 bucks for the food and the rooms was really nice aswell. Definitely recommending this to everyone. They have a pool/spa aswell with massage."

"Amazing area for walks/trips to Snezka and other local mountains. Bus stop right outside the front door for trips to local villages. lots of nice restaurants in the area and the apartment has a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Around 15 minutes walk from the apartment to the bottom ski lift that heads up to Snezka. The apartment was very cosey and modern and by far one of the best-looking apartments in the village."

"First impression was really off-putting because whole place stunk of chlorine - the smell was omnipresent and strong, from the foyer, hallways, everywhere. Never experienced that before and mostly book hotels with a pool. Staff was very unhelpful, one receptionist literally rolled her eyes when I asked a question about ski storage. Breakfast was not great but it was ok, except for things were running out often and one had to ask several times (and wait..) for them to be re-filled. We were on...
