Free Wi-fi works great, constant hot water and there is heat during the winter. Very authentic experience just like living in a local village! We stayed at theJintaisheng Inn which was a beautiful historic guesthouse, with big courtyard and the beds were made of bricks. We have a modern en-suite. Our room looked like taken from the Ming and Qing Dynasty, but the bathroom is modern.The staff is very friendly and accommodating and always ready to help. They arranged a driver to pick up my friend and me . I personally found the beds very comfortable and the whole experience enchanting. I really enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect for us. Great location in the centre of the old town and friendly, English speaking staff. You could walk to all the main sights. Room was very pretty and traditional. Had a brand new wet-room shower which was a bonus. Traditional bed was firm but comfortable. Toiletries provided. All in all a great stay and value.
