  • Welcome to House Allinga, combining two of our best holiday rentals into one of the best options for multiple families and friends, both summer and winter. This home has it all, large open plan living with a separate 2 bedroom apartment, meaning everyone can have their own space while enjoying all that the Snowy Mountains have to offer.

    A beautiful home with the kitchen overlooking the covered entertaining deck and BBQ. Beyond the deck a grassed backyard complete with garden beds and composting area with plenty of space for boat/ jet ski parking through a direct entranceway. After a day in the outdoors, freshen up in the recently renovated bathroom with instantaneous hot water for all. At night curl up with a book from the owner's collection while the woodfire crackles away in the background. With Eco efficient solar system and auto heating your stay will be warm during winter months, and with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room and double glazed windows in living and bedroom areas you will be cool in summer.

    The owner has thought of their guests and provides generous kitchen and bathroom amenities for their stay. After a day in the mountains, enjoy a shower or bath. You will always feel comfortable with wall heaters for winter that are powered by the recently installed an Eco efficient solar system.

    With a large secure common equipment storeroom ideal for storing bikes, fishing gear and snow gear. House Allinga caters to the outdoors guests and their sporting equipment. There is also a drying room available in winter to dry your gear ready for the next day. Whether you skiing, snowboard, mountain bike, hike, golf or tour the backcountry, your adventure playgrounds are only around a 30 minute drive away.

    The house is situated on Banjo Paterson Crescent and there are two carport parking spaces for the house in the shared driveway. The owners of House Allinga love the Snowy Mountains and wish their guests an enjoyable stay in the region.

House was comfortable and close enough to the town amenities that we could mostly walk. The five bedrooms catered very well for three related families (6 adults and 5 children in all).
