"Conveniently located "

"The room was spacious and clean. When I checked in there was a mix up about my booking as I had booked off an online retailer. I had to show my phone app to confirm that I had a room booked as the hotel could not find my reservation on their system. We had requested a later check out and was told we could check out at 12 pm. The next day we got a call at 11:00 am asking us to check out. When I explained that we had been told we could check out at 12 the staff member told me nothing was written to indicate that and became argumentative with me. I told her that perhaps the staff just forgot to write it down on my file but yet she just kept saying well it wasn’t written down. Anyway the hotel itself was good but wasn’t totally pleased with the service. I don’t think I would stay here again as there are other great hotels with similar pricing in the area. "

"Very big property with lots of rooms. Stayed in the family room with two beds; there was also a dining table sitting area next to it. Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking included. Convenient location, easy to walk to subway entrance."
