Cleanliness and communication were 10/10\. The mood lighting in the kitchen was fun and there is a full kitchen to cook if you need! The king bed was great and the cozy little fireplace heater and couch in the room was great for reading. I did take a night to adjust to the sounds of the baseboard heat at night trying to sleep. The whole town is cute and full of places/shops/restaurants/hikes to explore- Not to mention the inspo for the Disneys haunted mansion, a HP themed cafe, and a train ride that would be gorgeous in the fall especially. Winter hours for businesses were a little hit or miss mon-wed but there was plenty to do Thursday! The hosts were kind enough to be flexible with me checking out an hour late due to me oversleeping and even let me leave my car in a space post check out so I could do the last few things on my tourist list. This 2nd floor apartment is very roomy with a nice size bedroom, a large kitchen with a high top table and chairs, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster and a nice size bathroom. Everything is updated and nicely decorated. Jeffrey was very helpful with recommendations of restaurants, hikes and tours. A short walk to downtown Jim Thorpe.
