He helped us with everything we needed. It is very convenient to have had a parking spot right at the building. The only thing that was not in the listing is that it is 3 flights up with no elevator. He supplied some unexpected things in the kitchen such as sugar and coffee, oil, spices, etc. The picture makes the apartment look newer than it is, but it was clean, plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, extra blankets, etc. There is a nice TV and a balcony with a great view of the Knesset and Supreme Court buildings.
