"I would NOT recommend Row NYC. We were charged a $500 smoking fee even though NO ONE in our room smokes or smoked at any point during our stay. When we went to the lobby to dispute it, FOUR other guests were waiting with the exact same issue, all saying they had not smoked in their rooms either. ..."
