Great apartment, wasn’t 100% aware it was a second and third floor but the top floor was huge Bottled water available and easy to get to trains (HBLR) and buses into Exhange place and then to NYC Some things a bit high on the kitchen for my 5ft wife but all great. Neighbourhoods a bit noisy at times but well worth a stay

This is hands down the best vrbo I have ever stayed in. I am an avid traveler and this place is truly one of a kind. The owner is so kind and generous and talked us through check in and check out and made it so simple and enjoyable. The details is what make this such a once in a lifetime experience. When you go into kitchen you can see the statue of liberty through the window. You can see the empire state building from the patio. Everything is so nice and feels like home. The victorian building is historic and so beautiful. Every detail down to the doorhandles is just exquisite. The minute you walk into the Arlington the energy is undeniably warm like a hug from an old friend. If we come this way again, this is the vrbo I would stay in over and over.

I was very impressed with how much space and privacy there was. From one of the bedrooms you can see the nyc skyline. I had an suv rental which thankfully fit in the garage although it was close. It appears that street parking is hard to find.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this beautifully furnished and super equipped place over 2 floors! The host is super friendly and very attentive! We enjoyed our vacation here as a family! Super friendly, easy to get a hold of for questions, very clean, spacious for 3, great way to escape the busy New York City agter sightseeing and relax in a quiet neighborhood. 2 air conditioning units on main floor and one up on 3rd floor/loft area. We highly recommend this place!

Terrific home and host

Very cozy and unique home. Muhammed was a terrific host and always responded to messages promptly. Having a parking space was a huge perk! Access to NYC was easy, and it was cool to also check out what Jersey City had to offer.
