As you step through the front door, you\`ll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area, complete with gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. The open floor plan makes it easy to entertain friends and family, while the cozy old fireplace, is the perfect spot to curl up on a chilly evening.  
  
The kitchen is a chef\`s dream, with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for storage.

Guest will have access to the house but please be sure to apply the right number of guests.  
  
We will try to support our guests as much as possible, but please note last minute request may need additional costs (I.e. changing the guests numbers at last minute).

\- Booking is per person, please make sure to select the right number of people. The house will be arranged based on the reservation.  
\- We will try to accommodate last minute request but please take in consideration we may need to apply charges.  
\- Smoking is not allowed in the house. If smoke sensor in the house is removed we will apply a penalty fee ($450)! We will be notify automatically.   
\- Parties are not allowed   
\- Only booked people are allowed to enter in the house  
Parking is street parking. No car parking on Friday and Tuesday on the house side of the street (we are not responsible if you get a ticket). On these days free parking is on the opposite part of the street!!   
Any broken item, burned, missing will be charged

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take a moment to review and follow these house rules.  
  
🔹 Booking & Guest Policy  
 • The reservation is per person – please select the correct number of guests when booking.  
 • The house will be arranged according to the number of registered guests.  
 • Only registered guests are allowed inside the home. No unregistered visitors are permitted.  
  
🚭 No Smoking Indoors  
 • Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.  
 • Tampering with or removing the smoke detector will result in an automatic $450 penalty fee.  
  
🎉 No Parties or Events  
 • Loud music, large gatherings, and parties are NOT allowed.  
 • Guests must respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times.  
  
🗑 Trash Collection:  
 • Thursday – Paper, plastic, and cans  
 • Wednesday & Sunday – Mixed waste  
  
🚗 Parking Reminder:  
🚫 No parking on street cleaning days.  
  
🧹 Street Cleaning Schedule:  
 • House side: Tuesday & Friday  
 • Opposite side: Monday & Thursday  
  
🔧 Damages & Missing Items  
 • Any broken, burned, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.  
 • Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.

 • We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but please note that additional fees may apply (e.g., changes to guest count).

 • Keep the house in a reasonable condition before checkout. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.  
 • Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher before departure.
