It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the cross street which is a main thoroughfare. The neighbors were nice, but generally, the area does not appear to be well-kept.It is conveniently located for travel within Jersey or to NYC.It does have a lot of natural light, but it would be helpful to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The driveway was often completely blocked, which made unloading and loading luggage and folks on crutches a huge challenge. Parking on the side street was not always close and the neighborhood didn't feel safe enough to walk alone at night. If you are staying there as a home base while visiting NYC, keep in mind you'll pay $30 a day for parking at the train station and then spend roughly an hour and a half to get into Manhattan (or back to the unit), so the location isn't stellar for a NYC trip.
