Our apartment offers you two rooms with capacity for 6 people. A comfortable room with a very quiet atmosphere, dining room for 6 and a work area with everything you need for those who are on business trips! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We offer toilet supplements such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc. Our apartment is located in a very central area with easy access to public transport! 10 min away you can find downtown Jersey city and liberty park.

Lovely Place

Lovely place, has everything you need. Kitchen well stocked, big microwave, big fridge. 3 tvs, one in each bedroom. King bed was big, bunk beds were comfy. Shower & bathroom was great. The only note is the location. Commuting to and from city. If you are planning to go into the city everyday, it is a 1.5 hr trip with public transport. Not much cafes or decent places to eat walking distance. We stayed for a week & overall we loved having this home as our base! Thankyou for having us!

Beautiful Apartment; Scary Out of the Way Location

The apartment itself was clean, stylish and maintained to a good standard; and although WIFI details were not initially provided, Lina quickly remedied this. However, the big thing for us was the location was very sketchy. We arrived in the evening (dark) and tried to find somewhere to eat - I felt very unsafe as a solo parent with two kids walking around this area (there was nothing but a few small grocery stores within walking distance and lots of males hanging around in groups felt intimidating for us). We ended up using door to door Ubers for all journeys over the 4 days, which was expensive but gave us peace of mind. The block of apartments was very noisy with a strong smell of Cannabis, dogs barking constantly and lots people coming and going in the communal stairwell and hanging around in groups outside. Guys backfiring their vehicles all night on the road near the bedrooms. I would not book this apartment again; but we did enjoy our trips into New York and Jersey City but location was dire.

Warning, please read before booking

This review is on the actual location of this property(I had to rate all area),not the actual property itself,as we never stepped foot out of our car to go inside this property. We got a hotel instead. If you look,you will see there are no pictures of the outside of the property or surrounding area, and I am sure that’s on purpose. I planned a very last,surprised visit for my kids to see the statue of liberty,and I was the one who was surprised! The surrounding location in no way matches the interior vibe the host was trying to give off. This property seemed to be a renovated building, smack in the middle of the projects. This was the only nice-looking building surrounded by old rundown houses, houses with boarded windows and doors and trash everywhere. Also, there is no parking on site, and when I contacted the host about parking,I was instructed “to go around the corner to gas station and park in the parking lot”. And this was recommended to me at 11pm at night, with 4 kids with me. After further looking into this “parking lot” in daytime there were signs all over the fence stating no truck parking and broken glass all on the ground (I have lots of pictures of this area, and I wish Vrbo would let reviewers upload photos). I feel I must warn my fellow patrons, especially families with kids. I was offer a partial refund, but I am sure I will not be getting that refund once I leave this review, but informing others is more important to me than the money at this point

Séjour New York

Très bon logement, spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Des liens réguliers avec l’hôte qui prend régulièrement des nouvelles. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Deux bémols: situation géographique dans le New Jersey, qui induit du temps et des coûts de transport plus élevés et le bruit dans l’immeuble et sur l’extérieur.
