"The staff were awesome, the hotel, restaurant and bar were great. The elevator issues were horrible. During our 3-day stay, only one of the two elevators worked most of the time which made for extremely long wait times, since the one operational elevator was always full. On our last day, neither elevator was working. We had to use the cargo/service elevator which was also always full. This is an absolutely unsatisfactory situation."
