Apt 2 in downtown Jersey City home near NYC

You'll be staying on the 2nd floor of a 19th-century townhouse in downtown Jersey City. The house is one block from the Newark Avenue pedestrian plaza, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. There's an ice cream shop (Torico) across the street. It's a five-minute walk to the Grove Street PATH station, where you can get the train to New York City or Hoboken. Door-to-door time to downtown NYC is about 20 minutes.

We are new to Vrbo but have rented our apartment to over 100 guests through Airbnb and have a rating of 4.96.
