Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarette use are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines of up to $500.

All visitors must be approved in advance. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless they are included in the reservation.
5. Occupancy Limit
Only the number of guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items, including (but not limited to) stained towels or linens. Charges will also apply for each lost, missing, or damaged remote.
7. Parking
Street parking is available free of charge; however, availability is not guaranteed and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are responsible for following all street cleaning regulations to avoid tickets or towing. The Host is not responsible for parking violations.
8. Trash & Recycling
Very strict policies, please follow all instructions carefully. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside the unit or in unauthorized areas. Failure to follow building or city guidelines may result in additional fees.
