Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend.

All staff were warm and welcoming and went out if their way to ensure our accomodations and whole stay were nothing but the best. Their rooms reflected that top notch quality with some big surprises, never seen by us in other hotel stays!

Although the Hotel is nice and located in the center of the old town, its staff is not very helpful. They prefer to assist you behind the counter rather than when you need help outside of it.
The rooms are very comfortable, but they lack a vaporizer or an iron.
The bigger problem is that the hotel does not have access for cars, and they do not offer a service to help guests unpack or pack their luggage from your car or any kind of valet.
