This 2,900 sq foot, brand new construction home is waiting to host up to 15 guests comfortably just 6 minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Hutchinson Island. Relax in the Florida sun on the resort style patio, stay active in the one of a kind garage gym, or cool off in the saltwater pool. Whatever your vacation vibe may be, Peacock Palace is sure to provide something for everyone in this INCREDIBLE home!

Peacock Palace is the newest rental to hit Jensen Beach, and believe us when we say this, you will NOT find another home like this! This home has been completely decorated and styled with a mid century modern vibe to showcase its beauty. This beautiful new construction home was recently completed and is located in a highly desirable area of Jensen Beach... just 5 minutes to downtown Jensen, and 7 minutes to downtown Stuart. This home is 2900 square feet of stunning interior space, 600 square feet of complete fitness and game room space, as well as an additional 2500 square feet of patio and outdoor living space.

Sleeping accommodations come in the form of five exquisitely decorated bedrooms, plus a twin size pull out couch in the upstairs loft area. The master bedroom contains an extremely luxurious king size Tempurpedic, cooling gel mattress, the second bedroom a queen size bed, the third bedroom is a king size ensuite bedroom, the fourth bedroom is a queen size bed, and the last bedroom is a bunk room in the form of two sets of triple twin size bunk beds. *All beds except for the master are furnished with medium firm, cooling gel mattresses.

One of the most unique features of this home is the garage gym. Equipped with bumper plates and ROGUE equipment, we have also provided a cable machine and a Peloton. Whether you have your own membership or not, just bring your favorite cycling shoes and stay active while on vacation! Also, adults and kids will have a blast with the 12 foot shuffleboard game in the garage.

What would a trip to Florida be without enjoying the sunshine? Find yourself relaxing and enjoying hours of fun under the sun in our resort-style backyard. Our custom four-hole turf mini golf putting green will entertain kids and adults alike. When its time to cool off, enjoy a swim in the heated saltwater pool. Weather too hot for a heated pool? Turn on the pool chiller and get your pool temperature just right. Challenge your family to a game of pool volley ball and work up an appetite!

When dried off, enjoy your evenings grilling and hanging out on the beautiful patio. Turn on the patio heater and enjoy the beautiful ambiance and Florida evening. *Propane is provided for both the grill and the patio heater.

The covered patio boasts relaxing and comfortable upgraded patio furniture. The covered portion is also fully fenced with a safety fence to keep our littlest guests safe. The safety fence can be removed, however, if you choose to do so, we ask that you do so with care. The patio is marble and the stones are delicate.

All bedrooms have TVs except for the downstairs queen bedroom. All bedrooms contain dressers, laundry baskets, and coat hangers. All linens and towels are provided... no need to pack anything!

Among the many deluxe and upgraded amenities, Peacock Palace offers practicality. Items included inside this home available to all guests include beach towels, beach chairs, and toys. Inside we supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plus coffee and sugar in the kitchen. We are among one of the only rentals in town that offer cable or satellite TV. Once checked in, watch cable TV through the DirecTV app on any of the TVs. We also subscribe to Disney+, Netflix, Paramount Plus, and Prime Video.

Peacock Palace supplies many children's items as well including a pack and play, a highchair, kid's tableware, and nightlights. We have also provided an umbrella stroller for use.

Moke Rental
Enhance your vacation experience with the only Moke available in Jensen Beach! We have purchased this EV Mini Moke strictly for renting to our guests and providing our guests with a one of a kind experience. The Moke is an additional rental not included in the nightly rate of the reservation. To reserve the Moke, we rent it at a rate of $135 for a 24 hr rental with a $199 fully refundable deposit required. When we receive the Moke back and it is damage free, we will issue you a refund of your deposit immediately. Proof of valid driver license and signed liability and damage waiver required for booking.

*Staying on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday? Please expect to see our landscaper either Monday or Tuesday, and our pool service on Wednesday. Both companies are licensed and insured and are contracted through us personally.*

Need to accommodate large groups for weddings, reunions, or vacations? We own two additional homes on this street (one right next door, and the second three doors down) that each sleep 12 guests. That is a potential of having 39 of your closest family and friends together on the same street! Message us to coordinate availability between the three properties.

Other things to note
Pool service comes every Wednesday and landscaping comes every Monday or Tuesday. Both companies are licensed and insured.
