  • Just renovated 1,100 s/f, 3/2 home with open floor plan located in a cozy community in the heart of Hutchinson Island. Private beach and pool for residents of the Nettles Island community. Sleeps 6-8 people. Full kitchen with lots of counter space, washer and dryer. Many activities offered within the community such as pickle ball, basketball, mini golf, shuffle board, Raquetball, tennis and ping pong. Within the community there is a marina with boat ramp, grocery store, a restaurant, golf cart rental for convenient access to the island and 24 hour security. .
