It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo boasts quartz and tile throughout. The appliances are top of the line, and the furniture is stunning. Condo 403 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING. Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique. Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006. This was PERFECT for us. High-End finishes and furniture, clean and fresh and beach chairs(yay). The condo is on the 4th floor oceanfront and it has double the balcony of most other units.
