"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant.
