2015 cottage has been fully refurbished and exudes with the attention to detail a cozy atmosphere.

It offers up to 7 sleeping accommodations in three bedrooms and has on the ground floor and upstairs a bathroom with shower.

It has a modern and open to the spacious dining kitchen with view into the small and well-tended garden. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and leaves nothing to be desired.

The living area is very cozy and invites you to socialize. In order to be even weather-related downtime to a pleasant stay.

The newly built terrace douglas-fir in southern orientation combines a Mediterranean flair with the Nordic mentality. In the summer months you will be happy here stay and indulge in the grilling pleasure.

Fernseher war defekt, nach Reklamation wurde uns in 2 Tagen ein neues Gerät geliefert, ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung, manche Fenster müssten mal gereinigt werden

Ferienhaus Ditzum

Ein schönes, moden eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Ruhig und in Hafen nähe gelegen, ein guter Startpunkt für die Auflüge.Das Haus war sauber, wir hatten nichts zu meckern. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert. Check-In auch unkompliziert wir durften sogar schon eher ins Haus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Leider haben die letzten Gäste die den Grill benutzt haben, nicht sauber gemacht, war schon ekelig. Kann ich nicht verstehen, wie man sowas hinterlassen kann.Manche Küchenutensilien dürften auch mal getauscht werden.Einen Sonnenschirm hätten wir am ersten Tag auch gebrauchen können. Der nächste Supermarkt sehr weit,das war uns vorher nicht so klar.Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für uns.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und mit voller Ausstattung eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist für größere Fahrzeuge etwas beengt. Aber ansonsten alles tip-top!!!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet und der Urlaub beginnt, wenn man die Tür öffnet. Ditzum ist ein sehr schönes Dörfchen.

Ein perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus von Familie Rohmann war perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter haben das Ferienhaus wie einen eigenen Haushalt ausgestattet, neben sämtlichem Hausrat waren auch Bücher und Spiele vorhanden, WLAN funktionierte ohne Einschränkungen. Vom malerischen Urlaubsort kann man innerhalb von 30 bis 40 Minuten Leer, Emden und Aurich und auch Orte in den Niederlanden erreichen. So war ein rundum gelungener urlaub möglich.

Erholung pur ToNi's Wulkje

Der Urlaub war Erholung pur! Obwohl das Wetter untypisch kalt und nass für die Jahreszeit haben wir uns dank der Wohlfühlatmosphäre im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung hat nichts missen lassen, das Haus selbst haben wir sehr sauber und modern vorgefunden. Wer so richtig entschleunigen will, ist dort bestens aufgehoben.
