Enjoy expansive views of the open part of Caddo Lake with quick boat access to Alligator Bayou, Government ditch, Johnson’s Marina and other Caddo landmarks. Private neighborhood boat launch is just a few houses up the street. Canoe on site for guest use along with fire pit, deck with gas grill, and private dock which extends into the water. Bring your fishing poles and your boat and get away from the busy city life while enjoying wireless internet, flat screen TV’s, a gourmet kitchen and all the amenities you could need. This property was great and we had a wonderful time. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and fantastic hosts. We had a blast fishing and just relaxing on our vacation and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing trip. It was extremely nice to have two canoes on the property to use as well. The hosts did a great job of having dishes, seasonings, condiments and other things available for their guests, which was much appreciated. Great trip overall!

Our first time visiting Caddo Lake and we had an amazing time. The house was so comfy and cozy. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed bbqing, the hot tub, canoeing. The swamp tour was the highlight of our stay there. Nick and Jen were great hosts and promptly answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.

Two sisters, an aunt and the matriarch that was turning 80 had a BLAST! The property was gorgeous! The house was wonderful- clean and precious and just had great vibes. The decor added to the chill vibe. So many amenities. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly with the cutest little dogs.we had a hilarious time backing out of the driveway and decided to park up top after that. The owners kept in touch and were ready to help if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!!! We can’t wait to come back, we thank you!!!.

Beautiful waterfront home on the lovely Lake Caddo. Roasted hotdogs and smores with our grandkids and family. Hired the world famous guide Randy Deaver with Caddoprobass.com. Greatest guide, very patient with children/granddaughter as he taught her the art of bass fishing. Very successful trip for our granddaughter caught some really big bass! I would encourage everyone to stay at one of Nick and Jenny's homes on Lake Caddo!

Such a great property! Someone really thought things through when they built it. All the common areas of the home face the lake and the view is awesome. In addition the home had so many great amenities. There are two canoes on property. We took them out each day and paddled the Caddo paddling trails. Beautiful! And having the canoes on property saved us both time and money. The kitchen is well stocked. Great deck. Just had a lot of fun and the property was at the center of it. Thanks!

Very cool little house, great location. We took the canoe out and had a great time. Make sure to bringbyour bug spray (luckily the hosts left some out for us!) We got eaten alive when we forgot to put it on. We saw lots of wildlife including many different birds, dragonflies and adorable tiny frogs. The noise outside at night was fascinating and we spent many late night hours trying to figure out which creature was making each noise. Didnt see any gators but found some small gator tracks! Overall it was a great experience!

This property was gorgeous. It was well stocked with everything we needed (plus a bunch of thoughtful extras). It was so peaceful to sit in the hot tub, under the spanish moss filled cypress trees in the evenings. There was plenty of firewood for the firepit, and a great place to roast smores. The doc was beautiful, with a clear view of the lovely lake. We fully enjoyed the views, and the canoes provided. We ate well, and the kitchen was well equiped with nice things to cook with. The beds were very comfortable. We got deep sleep and dreamt every night. It was such a treat to be here for a long weekend. We didn't want to leave. The owners were responsive and very helpful. There was some stair climbing involved in the stay, but totally worth the panoramic views. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

I booked this house as a bachelorette getaway for my sister and oh my did all 8 of us girls love it! We even plan to make it a yearly getaway from now on. The house was clean and accommodated to every single need! I still can’t get over how beautiful the house and the views were. I cannot recommend this house enough! Perfect for a girls getaway, family getaway or any occasion.

This property was beautiful. The home provided unforgettable views of the lake. You can paddle all day from the deck on the property into Caddo Lake. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing, and there were many additional finishes that made the stay special - a fully stocked spice rack, smore's fixin's, a prepared fire pit, and more. We spent all day on the lake, then had a fire, great family dinners, and evenings in the hot tub. Bella Vista is wonderful.
