Loved this hotel. The staffs were great. Both during check in and check out time, the staffs made sure to have a little chat with me. The rooms were pretty good. If I go to Jeddah again, I will surely stay in this one.

There was a misunderstanding during checkout. The staff didn’t address or try to resolve the matter and asked me to contact expedia instead. There was no hot water in the shower. I called the receptionist to inform them, I was told to wait until 9am the following morning for the maintenance, no one came. I went down late morning on the second and last day requesting to change rooms. Lack of communication, follow up and customer service.
