Modern Large 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms Villa with large Swimming Pool
This recently built Villa has an open plan Lounge /Kitchen, opening onto spacious sun terracing with covered areas for Al Fresco dining and sun bathing next to the large swimming pool .There are superb views from the Villa overlooking Granadella National Park and limited views of the sea. Accommodating 8 people with 2 double rooms one with en suite shower room and 1 twin bed room all on the ground floor with a family shower room. There is a Master Suite on the top floor with a spacious en-suite bath/shower room, a dressing room and a wrap round terrace with superb views. The Villa has automatic driveway gates, off street parking. Air conditioning in all bedrooms . The lounge has a 55 inch smart television.

For winter letting there is underfloor heating.The swimming pool has an electric pool cover enabling the heat in the water to be retained overnight.(The pool can be heated for an extra charge) Ideal for early and late summer holidays.

Perfect stay
This was a lovely villa and ideal for our stay. A good location with easy access to town and the villa itself was spacious and comfortable with facilities as expected with the only minor issue being the BBQ which is on its last legs! The array of TV channels in particular was a real bonus for the kids and indeed the whole family . I'd thorougly recommend this property.

Amazing villa and very welcoming owners
The villa and the pool were both amazing. The small urbanisation was perfect and extremely quiet, we loved it so much we took the details of some remaining plots that are available! The pool area gets the sun all day. The master suite on the top floor was like having a 5 star hotel room. The owners were extremely accommodating, we unfortunately booked a villa that had been mis-represented and after a few hours decided we had to move villa. We contacted the owners of villa como at 8pm on Saturday evening and they managed to get the villa ready for us by 4pm Sunday. We had a very stressful first evening at the first villa but the second we walked through the doors to villa como we felt as though our holiday at started! We will definitely be back.

Sehr viel Platz
Das Haus ist sehr gross und weitläufig. Der Garten dürfte aber auch mal ein paar Grünpflanzen vertragen. Der Pool ist gross und hat eine gute Tiefe. Die Küche ist sehr grosszügig. Die Zimmer funktionell mit Einbauschränken. Die Suite oben ist sehr gross und kann separat genutzt werden mit Türe. Bei uns hat leider die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Küche nicht funktioniert. Daher war es sehr.
