Located in the Santa Barbara 2 residence, it offers a community pool, for adults and children, with outdoor shower and a large lawn garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the rocky beach of Montañar I and close to all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities. Accommodation This stylish and cosy ground floor apartment has 71 m² and is furnished with style. The recently renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. The apartment, distributed on a single level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The comfortable living room has a glass dining table, a spacious sofa, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a small terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Additionally, the accommodation consists of a bathroom with shower, a beautiful master bedroom with two single beds together and a second bedroom with two separate single beds. Both the living room and the main bedroom have air conditioning. The town is located 2 kilometres away and 5 km from the Montgó Natural Park, 54 km from the "Terra Mítica" theme park, 99 km from "El Altet Alicante" airport. It is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
