For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (18 x 10 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 750 m, bar, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach 500 m.  
"El Patio", 2-room apartment 50 m2\. Renovated in 2024, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (135 cm, length 190 cm), digital TV, air conditioning, fan and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds (105 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Open kitchen (3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
