About this property

Preciosa Casa Tradicional en el Centro de Jávea

  • Thank you for considering us for your stay in Jávea.

We would be delighted to welcome you to our home in the heart of the town’s historic centre.

“La iaia Rosita” was founded in 2023 with the goal of offering a high-quality stay to guests visiting the old town of Jávea, seeking a few days of holiday in an authentic, traditional home dating back to 1880 but recently renovated and equipped with all modern amenities.

The house is located in the heart of town. Within walking distance, you can visit the town church, squares, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Just a 10- to 15-minute drive away, you can explore beautiful beaches and coves.

The house is spread over 3 floors. It can accommodate up to 8 guests, as it features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The common areas are very spacious. We also have a small terrace with a barbecue, perfect for spending time with friends and family.

The renovation is very recent. Every detail has been carefully attended to with love and effort so that our guests feel even more at home than they do in their own homes.

The house has climate control for both winter and summer, and a parking space just a few minutes’ walk away.

    Welcome!

Charming and convenient

The space was charming, immaculately clean, and conveniently located close to great dining, cafes, shops and markets within the historic town center. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and overall lovely ambience. The nespresso machine and washer/dryer were a plus as well. We were so pleased and would love to return someday!

Best property in the heart of Jávea

Wonderful stay. The host was incredibly attentive, quickly and efficiently addressing all our inquiries. The house is truly stunning, words don't do it justice.Recently renovated, it’s beautifully elegant while preserving the traditional charm of Jávea. A gorgeous property.Located right in the center, just steps away from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops.Parking is just a 5-minute walk from the house.Absolutely no negatives to mention. We loved it and can’t wait to return as soon as we can.
